Open this page in Safari on the iPhone / iPad you want to check, then tap the button below to find the UDID.

Steps
1. Tap Click to find UDID
2. Safari will show the Profile Downloaded instruction page
3. When the popup appears, tap Allow
4. Open Settings → Profile Downloaded
5. Select DEC MEDIA CHECK UDID → INSTALL
